Aerial Silks *Intro
- Learn foundational skills for aerial silks while also getting a total body workout!
- Feel the challenge of each class, increase your upper body and core strength, and intensify your flexibility through the practice of aerial arts.
- This intro class is designed for ALL ability levels - no experience is necessary to take this class.
Youth Aerial Silks
- Youth Aerial Silks class is designed specifically for young bodies and minds!
- Students will be active by learning the foundations of aerial silks in a fun and engaging way.
*Parents are unable to stay due to covid and occupancy policies.
*This is an all levels class - no experience is necessary to take this class!
*All participants within this class must be ages 6-14 years of age.
**All attendees must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to attending their first class**
Pole *Intro
- In Intro to Pole you will experience a new way to use your body to gain strength!
- Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness as we work through walks, transitions, spins, climbs, and beginner pole tricks.
- This intro class is designed for individuals who are new to pole and anyone working to perfect the basics of pole fitness.
Aerial Silks *Intermediate
- Take your aerial silks skills to a nevel level! Learn to climb, twist, wrap, and drop from new heights in our intermediate aerial silks class!
- This class is designed for intermediate levels with previous experience required.

Pole *Level Up
- Designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals of pole and are ready to take their skills to the next level!
- This class is designed for intermediate levels with previous experience required.

Splits & Stretch
- No matter your fitness interest, this is the class for you! We will work on your splits and mobility along with with increasing overall whole body flexibility.
- This is an ALL levels class made for any individual looking to further their flexibility. No experience required!

Covid-29 Safety Protocols
- Masks are required for those who are not fully vaccinated.
- Vaccinated individuals may show proof of vaccination and are then free to attend with or without a mask.
- Maintain social distancing before, during, and after classes.
- All attendees must sign-up in advance (We do not allow walk-ins).
- We do not allow individuals to wait or watch those who are attending class.
- No food or drink consumed during class time. Water is allowed, but must be consumed while social distancing.
- Any individual who has symptoms of the Covid virus or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive should NOT attend in-person classes until receiving a negative test result.
- Requested wait time 10 days after airplane travel, if not vaccinated.
- Proper cleaning of environment and apparatuses provided between classes.
- Please apply hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the studio.
