We require everyone to reserve your class space in advance.... not only because of covid, but also because we have small class sizes and we don’t want anyone to be disappointed. Its easy to enroll on our website or on our app prior to coming for your class.

EVENTS
Annual Mothers Day walk
Join us on May 14th 2023 to walk the Bridges of Stillwater on Mother's Day
morning at 9am to help raise Breast Cancer Awareness and help us honor the Fighters, Survivors, Supporters and loved ones we have lost.
We will be supplying water for all.
This year we have two options:
1. Walk one mile: start with all of us, turn around at .5 of a mile and return.
2. Walk the full 4.7 miles.
All who have joined before 4/30 will receive a special item.
The event profits will be donated to a local charity
which benefits those battling breast cancer.
If you are participating, and are currently battling breast cancer or are a survivor, your participation is complimentary.
