Party Booking Process
1. Create an account on our website.
2. Determine which party option is right for you (1 or 2 hour option).
3. Browse our available dates and times.
4. Purchase non-refundable party deposit.
5. Book your perfect party date!
6. Pay remaining party costs upon arrival.

Party Protocols
All attendees must sign a liability waiver and
provide updated contact information upon arrival.
Minors (anyone under 18) planning to attend a private party must provide
a signed waiver from a legal parent/guardian,
OR create an account with a signed
guardian/parent waiver on file.

PARTY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*What should we wear?
Typical workout gear will be great for your party lessons!
Please wear what you are comfortable with.
Pole: Less is more, as you need skin contact on the pole to try different skills.
Silks: More coverage is better, as this will help you avoid rope burns. Tight fitting clothing is best.
Please do not wear street shoes past the front door and socks are always optional.
*Can we change our clothes upon arrival?
If your group needs to change clothes before/after your lesson, please let us know ASAP.
Due to our busy schedule, this time will be built into your scheduled party time.
*How will we pay for our party?
You will first pay your party deposit in order to book your perfect party date..
This deposit will be deducted from the total payment amount.
You can pay with cash or card upon arrival - we do not acept checks.
If you would like each guest to pay for themselves, we can accommodate that upon arrival
and will refund the difference to the host after all fees have been processed.
What if my group os smaller than your minimum?
Thats ok, you just will have to pay the minimum fee.
What if a few friends just want to take a class together?
We recommend you book a 1 hour party instead.
This way you receive a private session with all the benefits of a private party and the other people that come for a fitness class won't feel disrupted by a party coming into their class.
*Does everyone have to sign the waiver, even if they aren't participating?
All members of the party (whether participating or not) will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
Our one page wavier is quick and easy for everyone to sign on the day of the party!
*Can men attend our parties?
YES! Individuals of all identities are allowed AND welcome to attend lessons.
Our studio is inclusive of all and welcoming of anyone that wants to participate!
*What ages can attend parties?
Parties are 18 years and older, unless the parent/guardian is in attendance with them.
Ages 18-20 are welcome but we are unable to allow alcohol at any parties where minors are present.
We also host youth aerial silks parties - please email us for details!
*Where should I park?
Downtown Stillwater can be tricky on tourist days (during events) but the great news is there are over 1,600 parking spots downtown. Most of the parking downtown is FREE for up to 3-4 hours of parking. We are located on the corner of Chestnut and Water Street near the historic Lift Bridge.
*Please plan to arrive early to find parking*

*How early can I arrive for a private party?
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your party. The doors will remain locked until this time.
If you have arrived early, please wait until a staff member unlocks the door for your party.
If you have arrived late, ring the doorbell located directly next to the door handle and someone will come let you in. If you do arrive late, we are unable to extend your party time.
*Can we bring food or drinks?
Drinks are allowed, but food is not.
Please bring single serve containers, to minimize the cleanup.
We do not supply cups or openers.
*Alcohol is fine as long as NO minors are in attendance
and NO pictures are posted of you drinking within the studio.
*Can I call and speak to someone over the phone?
We prefer to communicate via email and are able to respond to your inquiries much faster this way.
*What if I need to cancel my party?
If you need to cancel, please email the studio right away to inform us.
Party deposits are non-refundable.
*Can someone in our party just come and watch?
Absolutely! Please keep in mind that everyone in attendance, regardless of participation, must pay.
This policy applies to all situations, such as: injury, pregnancy, age, etc.
We work to include modifications and activities for all party-goers to enjoy!
*What if I am pregnant?
Congratulations!
As far as being pregnant and fitness is concerned, we ask that you defer to your physician for guidance.
We always offer options for modifications, but can't provide medical advice on whether our type of fitness is safe during your pregnancy, since each persons situation is unique.
Guidance from a medical professional should be provided based on their specific health conditions and needs.
*Are there any addiitional fees?
We include a 10% nominal gratuity added to your deposit, the gratuity fee is passed on to our AMAZING instructors for their efforts, which helps to create a fun and memorable experience for your party without the pressure of tipping at the time of the party.
The 10% is a minimum amount and additional tips are always greatly appreciated.
*Do you have an app?
Yes, search for the Pike13 app in your app store.
Once the app is downloaded, search for The Pole Barn Studio.
You can sign in the same way you do on the website.
You are able to book and purchase a party right on the app.
