6 Week Pole Course: Interested in learning the art of pole dance? This pole course is right for you! Join us on Thursdays from 7:15-8:05 PM for this 6 week introduction to pole. You will experience a new way to use your body to gain strength! Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness as we work through walks, transitions, spins, climbs, and beginner pole tricks. This intro course is designed for someone who has never experience pole fitness and wants to learn the art of pole in a fun and welcoming environment.
6 Month Unlimited Pass: Do you have a hard time deciding which classes to take? No need to decide. TAKE THEM ALL! With the 6 Month Unlimited Pass, you have the ability to take as many classes as you want each month and get the most out of your time at The Pole Barn! Already have an unlimited pass? No worries! Emo Night *Silks Choreo Workshop
Welcome to the silks parade! Join us for an emo themed aerial choreography workshop!
We will rock out to our favority angsty music while learning aerial sequences
and follow by putting it all together to an emo classic.
Band tees and heavy eyeliner are STRONGLY encouraged.
Silks experience needed - please see the requirements below.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be able to climb to the top of the silk.
-Must be able to achieve footlocks on both feet.
-Must be able to invert from a standing position on the floor.
